I need to mount a folder in SME so that the owner is 'apache' user, because the application I use needs to create subfolders of it with owner 'apache'.

I have tried to mount it this way:

>>>  su -c "smemount  folder  login[tongue]assword  --server=eu.storagemadeeasy.com --ao" apache

but it says "This account is currently not available"

How can I do that, is it possible?

Thanks

Are you sure that username and password in this command was correct?

Are your account in Storage Made Easy active? Can you log-in to the site and open file manager?
This error can happens if your account is not active.  Account can be not active if you created it, but not confirmed email.

Also, error “This account is currently not available” can be showed by your Linux.
