I am using Chakra Linux and Personal Lifetime Cloud and I have the problem described below.

Mounting like this :
smestorage /media/SME-Drive/ Userassword --server=smestorage.com --ao

I get a fast answer and WRONG file names like

Horários de ônibus.odt

But if I mount using
mount -t davfs https://webdav.storagemadeeasy.com/ /media/SME-Drive

I get an answer VERY SLOW and correct file names like

Horários de ônibus

Please help me.
HOW CAN I FIX THE WRONG FILE NAMES USING THE SME SOLUTION?
Thanks in advance.

The Linux tools are set to use UTF-8 but it seems here they are not using it. First, could I ask that you can see the file names correct from the SME web view so we can isolate the issue.

Hi

Thanks for the answer.

Yes, when I use the SME Web interface the files are displayed correctly.
When I use the iPhone application the files are displayed correctly too.
When I use the "mount -t davfs" option everything is ok.
The problem appears when I use the "smestorage /media/SME-Drive/" or when I use the SMEStorrage Client application (in Linux).
I will verify if the problem appears when using Windows Seven.

Hi again

Yes, using Windows Seven explorer, the files display correctly.
There is a way to verify or change the UTF-8 option?

One more test.
Using the SMEStorage Explorer in Linux, the files are all OK.

One more time it's me again.

I'm sending you a screenshot showing the SMEStorage Sync Center compared to the Web interface.
After the sync process I got two version of the same files but with different names,

Errata

After the sync processs I've got  wrong file names in SMEStorage Sync Center and correct file names in the Web.

PS : Interesting exception. The word "Ônibus" seems to stay not affected. (???)

It seems to me that there is no answer for my question.
What is happening.?
Where can I find help?

"The Linux tools are set to use UTF-8 but it seems here they are not using it"
==>
REALLY????

"First, could I ask that you can see the file names correct from the SME web view so we can isolate the issue"
==> And so, AFTER 47 DAYS, could you isolate the issue???

We are about to push a 4.02 release of our Linux Tools out in the next few days. We did a few UTF fixes so please wait until these are released and let us know whether this resolves the issue. I will post here when they are on our site.

Thanks for the 4.05 release 2.
It's really better.
However my problem with the SME Client remains as you can see in the screenshot.
I hope you can help me with this.
Thanks in advance.
