Hi,

Why I cannot connect to the CloudFTP, its work for few minutes and when I disconect, I cannot reconnect, I don't see the FTP commandes, its stuck at resolving IP.

CloudFTP is only available for personal cloud or business cloud users and as such you have access to support so you should send an email to support with:

- Your username
- The Access client, version and OS and version
- The underlying cloud being asked
- A full description of the issue with screenshots if relevant.
