I don't think I'm a supported user:

There's no reference in the EU website where I login about storagemadeeasy.zendesk.com, I will check it.
Anyway there's no other software having issues like that on my PC, I'm really skeptical it's not related to SME.
As you suggested I check on Google and found some reference about Bitdefender which is the AV I'm using now. Are you aware of any compatibility issue with SME?
