Hi,

That's possible to hide the other users of an Org account? Hiding Who are other users and their emails adress? Or can you put an option for select who can see other users and who cannot see other users?

Thanks in advance.

You already had a direct reply to this from support as you posted the same question in many different places.

Team folders in a business account are meant to be shared and therefore the members are meant to see each other.

If you wish to share with privacy options use business groups.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

But I talk about org users. My question is, when my org users login, they can see other users on the org admin account, under the ''members'' tab, so that's possible to avoid to show the others user who are registered in the org admin account?

Sorry for the confusion.

As per prior emails to you on the subject the point of the team accounts is for members to be able to know who other members are so they can share folders etc. there is no privacy option for members of the cloud file server and we have no current intention to suppress this. The only privacy option similar to what you request is hiding other users from seeing each other using business groups.

How I can do the option you give to me, hidding other users by using business groups? I have created a business group and put a test user into it but the test user can still see all others.

Thanks,

When you create a group there is a checkbox option "private" - simply check it.

It works as expected for me if I creat a new private group. I suggest you log the case with support if you believe the group was creatd as private.

We had some other companies ask about this and therefore made the change to support it. There is now a governance control in the Cloud File Server Admin options to hide members. This will suppress the member list so members are not aware of each other.

Note that if a user is given permission to create shared folders then they will see other members (as this is the whole point of creating a shared team folder and managing permissions). This is only applicable when a user has not been given the ability to create shares.
