If you are having a problem with the Ajax File Manager the please note the following:

(i) Make sure you empty your Internet Browser cache

(ii) Reload the File Manager Page

(iii)We support all browsers, but the preferred browsers are in this order - Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 7 or 8

(iv) If this is occurring because you are choosing not to filter your files when asked then reload the page and choose a filter

(v) Ensure that JavaScript is enabled. This is normally in your browsers security settings.

(vi) Try another browser, just for testing purposes to see if you have the same problem

Remember you can still access your files using the HTML File Manager or any of the clients.
