I receive a "Login failed" message when attempting to login to the iPad app. I can log into my account via web browser. I have tripled checked to ensure I haven't misspelled my user name and password. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and installed from the AppStore. It didn't help.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? I understand there is no telephone support for non-business users.

What site did you register with ? Are you positive that you are not trying to login to the EU Server when you are with .com or vice versa ?

If you are sure about the above, are you using any peculiar characters in your password ? We encode using UTF-8 but this is worth checking and just trying a password reset to check if this resolves your issue.

I just reset my password and I chose a new password without any special characters ($&. The new password worked. Thank you for your assistance.

There is an option to reset password or forget password. Either you can go through reset option make new password or you can use the option forget password. Both are equally good. Sometimes I used to forget my password i used to do this methods
