Unable to sign in to iPad app

I just reset my password and I chose a new password without any special characters ($&. The new password worked. Thank you for your assistance.

Unable to sign in to iPad app

I receive a "Login failed" message when attempting to login to the iPad app. I can log into my account via web browser. I have tripled checked to ensure I haven't misspelled my user name and password. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and installed from the AppStore. It didn't help.


Does anyone have any ideas? I understand there is no telephone support for non-business users.
